Members of Parliament can attend any Maharishi World Peace Parliament anywhere in the world (these are being organised in 108 countries). The MP’s will be recommended by their local Parliaments as deserving Members to be the guests in any parliament of USA, Japan or other country, so that they may be issued proper documentation as the ‘Guests of Honour’ by the Capital of the Global Country of World Peace in New York.

Members of the Parliament of World Peace can receive two weeks of Pancha Karma treatment per year for 15% less than the usual fee.

Members of the Parliament of World Peace will be honoured by the leaders of all areas of society in their local area.

Members of Parliament will also receive a password to enable them to watch the proceedings of the Maharishi Parliament of World Peace on the Internet.

Honourable Guests will receive a password as Citizens of the Global Country of World Peace to watch the proceedings of the Maharishi World Peace Parliaments on streaming video through the Internet for one year.

Dear friend, It is a great joy to announce that Maharishi World Peace Parliaments will be commencing this Guru Purnimah, July 2nd, 2004 throughout the world. In every country groups of 108 (or 54) Members of the Maharishi Peace Parliament will convene for a week twice a year. Every week of the year there will be an opportunity to join a new group as a member of the Maharishi World Peace Parliamenet or as an Honourable Guest of the Parliament. The Members of the Maharishi World Peace Parliament will be the examples of health, peace and prosperity in their society. Their health should be maintained in an ideal relaxed state. For this it is recommended that those who become the Members of the Maharishi World Peace Parliament should have a routine of physiological purification every six months, for a week or ten days, so that toxins accumulated in one or two seasons are eliminated and they are not allowed to cause physiological imbalance and disorders. For this, the group of 108 (or 54) Members of the Maharishi Peace Parliament will have available during their parliamentary sessions the physiological purification treatment of Pancha Karma. The Members of Parliament will have an advisory role and will be honoured by the professors, doctors, businessmen and other sectors of society in their local area, so that the local society comes in tune with the global society and all aspects of national or local society will come to share their breath and vitality with the global society under their guidance and leadership. They will be discussing and designing ideal education, ideal health, ideal administration, ideal agriculture, global expansion of trade and business, ideal defence from negative influences without sacrificing the lives of the youth of their countries, etc.—all in conformity with the ancient cultural traditions, so that the national basis in natural law will always nourish life in the nation. During each one-week session of the Maharishi Peace Parliament (held from Saturday to Friday) there will be a daily connection by videoconference with the Capital of the Global Country of World Peace in Holland, and also opportunities for the Members of Parliament to enjoy intercontinental banquets with their fellow parliamentarians from different countries. This whole program will be inaugurated on the most auspicious day of the year, the day of Guru Dev, the day of the Vedic tradition of Vedic masters, Guru Purnimah, July 2nd, 2004; and the first Maharishi Peace Parliaments will convene everywhere from July 3rd to 10th. A new session of the Peace Parliament will start every week on Saturday with a new group, on a permanent basis—so you can join at your earliest convenience.
